You've heard it before, 'this is one of my favorite bases.' Yes, well it is. I do love them all, but unlike children, whom we love equally, some bases are just favored. But we're egalitarian here, and your favorites may lie elsewhere. Beauty in diversity, after all. This colorway emerged not as expected, and it took me awhile to catch up with her charm. But oh, when I did, I did! I love the seaweed jade juxtaposed against the bruised sky, reaching down to touch the whitecaps of the sullen waves. These are brooding skeins with strength and cunning. I can't wait to see what you come up with! We borrowed the name from a diary entry written by Roz Savage. You can read about it here.
Can you tell we have a deep appreciation for strong women?
