What if I want to return the yarn?

I want you to be completely and utterly happy with your Beloved Yarn purchase. Therefore you have 60 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund of your yarn. Please contact me via email at daien@belovedyarn.com, or through the website contact form, to let me know the yarn will be returned, and I’ll be on the lookout for it to arrive. Yarn must be in the same condition as delivered, tag attached, still in the skein, and quite obviously not knitted with or wound into a ball. Please include a note inside the package with your name, address, and email to ensure I know the yarn is from you.

Where can I buy Beloved Yarn?

You can purchase Beloved Yarn directly from this website at any time; at the Kailua Town Farmers Market on the 2nd Sunday of each month, and at the Kaka'ako Farmers Market on the 4th Saturday of each month.

If you're taking a knitting class, you can purchase yarn via the website, or in person, and I'll bring it with me to class. I can also make you a cake. (Cake of yarn, that is!!)

I'm also happy to have you come by the house if you're visiting Hawaii or just can't wait for the next market day.

Do you offer yarn support to designers?

Yes, absolutely! I'm delighted to work with both new and established designers, and love the co-creative collaborative process involved. Contact me with the details of your project, what you anticipate needing, and we'll work it out from there!

May I use your yarn photos on Ravelry and other sites?

Yes, I'm happy for you to do so, with a clear note that the photo is copyright Beloved Yarn. On Ravelry, this is done when you upload the photo. It will default to your ravatar name, and you overwrite this with Beloved Yarn. Thank you!

Please let me know what you think!

I'm here to provide you with the most beautiful and luxurious yarn for all your projects, so making you happy with your purchase brings me pleasure!
